Services provided by Zema Wellness Lounge are designed to promote general wellness and nutritional support.
These therapies are intended for otherwise healthy individuals seeking to maintain or optimize well-being.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, nor are they a substitute for medical care provided by a licensed healthcare professional.

Medical Oversight and Limitations

All IV and IM treatments are performed by trained medical professionals under the direction and supervision of a licensed physician.
However, receipt of services at Zema Wellness Lounge does not establish a physician–patient relationship, and no formal medical diagnosis or treatment is provided as part of these services.

By scheduling or receiving treatment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are not seeking emergency medical care or treatment for a life-threatening condition. In the event of a medical emergency, you must immediately contact 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency department.

• You understand and accept the inherent risks associated with intravenous therapy, including but not limited to discomfort, bruising, phlebitis, infiltration, bleeding, infection, or allergic reaction.

• You have disclosed any and all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect treatment safety.

• You do not have any medical condition that contraindicates IV or IM therapy, including, but not limited to, congestive heart failure, severe kidney or liver disease, or fluid overload.​

 

Results and Individual Variability

All services are intended to support wellness and nutrient optimization, and results may vary from person to person based on individual physiology, health status, and adherence to care recommendations.
No guarantee, warranty, or representation is made regarding specific results, outcomes, or benefits.

Product Composition and Substitution

Zema Wellness Lounge reserves the right to modify, substitute, or adjust ingredients, dosages, or formulations based on availability, clinical judgment, and professional discretion.
If you have specific requests, allergies, or product sensitivities, it is your responsibility to notify our staff prior to treatment.

Right to Refuse Service

Zema Wellness Lounge and its medical professionals reserve the right to decline, postpone, or discontinue treatment at any time if it is deemed medically unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of practice.

Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

By voluntarily electing to receive IV or IM therapy, you assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with the procedure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zema Wellness Lounge, its owners, medical director, employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, website, or materials provided herein.
In the event of any adverse reaction, complication, or medical emergency, you agree to seek immediate medical care via 911 or emergency services.

By booking or receiving treatment through Zema Wellness Lounge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Disclaimer. You further acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to ask questions and that all such questions have been answered to your satisfaction.
